39a Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing all users' access to and use of the 39a platform in Malaysia. Please read carefully before registering or using any of the services provided.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms are subject to amendment from time to time.
Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By accessing, registering for, or using the 39a platform in any capacity, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use this platform.
Acceptance of these terms takes effect automatically when you: (a) complete the account registration process; (b) make your first deposit or financial transaction; or (c) use any feature or service available on the 39a platform. Continued use of the platform after any amended terms have been published constitutes acceptance of those amended terms.
The 39a platform is an online entertainment service offered exclusively to individuals aged 18 and above. By using this platform, you confirm that you have reached the required age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
Account Creation, Security, and User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 39a platform. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual — whether using different information, different devices, or any other method — is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, phone number, and any other details requested. 39a reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time, and failure to provide the required verification documents may result in a temporary account suspension.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login credentials. Any activity that occurs under your account — whether authorised or not — is your own responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify the 39a support team immediately by email at [email protected].
Prohibited Activities
- Using the platform for any illegal or fraudulent purpose
- Sharing your account or allowing others to use it
- Using automated software, bots, or other methods to manipulate games
- Disrupting or attempting to disrupt platform operations
- Using false information during registration or the verification process
Payments, Deposits, and Transactions in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR)
All financial transactions on the 39a platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The platform accepts deposits via approved local banking methods, including DuitNow QR and FPX. Available payment methods may change from time to time and can be reviewed in your account section after logging in.
Successful deposits will be credited to your account balance once the transaction is confirmed by the banking system. Processing times depend on the method chosen — deposits via DuitNow and FPX are typically processed instantly. 39a is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party systems, including banks or payment providers.
Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions: (a) the account must be fully verified; (b) any bonus-related rollover requirements must be met beforehand; (c) withdrawals may only be made to a bank account held in the same name as the registered 39a account. Withdrawal requests that do not meet these conditions may be placed on hold pending verification.
39a reserves the right to freeze transactions or withhold funds if there is reasonable cause to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of the terms of use. In such cases, the user will be contacted and asked to provide additional information or documentation.
Limitation of Liability, Account Policy, and Intellectual Property
Limitation of Liability
The 39a platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption, errors, or technical delays. 39a is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including financial losses resulting from technical disruptions, system errors, or internet connectivity issues beyond our control.
Account Suspension and Closure
39a reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time without prior notice if there is a breach of the terms of use, suspected fraudulent activity, or for security and compliance reasons. Where an account is closed due to a terms violation, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. If an account is closed at the user's own request, any valid balance will be returned subject to standard verification procedures.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 39a platform — including brand name, logo, interface design, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive property of 39a or our licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent. Infringement of these intellectual property rights may result in legal action.
Third-Party Links
The 39a platform may contain references to or information about third-party services such as payment providers and game providers. 39a is not responsible for the privacy policies, terms of use, or security practices of those third-party services. Users are advised to review third-party terms of service separately.
Amendments to Terms and Applicable Law
39a reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any amendments take effect immediately upon publication on this page. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after amendments have been published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
For significant amendments, 39a will endeavour to notify users via in-account notices or their registered email. However, failure to receive such notifications does not exempt users from being bound by the updated terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved in accordance with the applicable legal procedures in Malaysia. Users agree to submit to the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts for the resolution of any disputes relating to the use of the 39a platform.

Other Provisions and Additional Information
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or inconsistent with applicable law, that provision shall be severed from this document without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions. The remaining terms shall continue in full force and effect.
39a's failure to enforce any right or provision under these terms shall not be deemed a waiver of that right. 39a may transfer its rights and obligations under these terms to any party that acquires our business or assets, with or without notice to users.
These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and 39a regarding your use of the platform and supersede all prior communications, discussions, or agreements relating to the same subject matter.
